Paid Social Manager – eCommerce (Agency Temporary)

We’re working with a globally recognised fashion brand to secure an experienced Paid Social Manager for an immediate-start temporary contract. This is a high-impact role focused on driving eCommerce performance through best-in-class paid social strategy and execution.

You’ll take ownership of substantial paid media budgets, working across major social platforms while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative, performance-led campaigns.

The Role

Reporting into the Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll lead the hands-on delivery, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple markets. You’ll also oversee agency output, build platform relationships, and ensure creative excellence across all activity.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and evolve the global paid social strategy to drive traffic and new customer acquisition
Manage and optimise multi-million-pound budgets across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring strong ROAS
Analyse performance using analytics tools and platform data, delivering actionable insights
Oversee the day-to-day relationship with the media agency, ensuring quality and alignment
Collaborate with creative and design teams to test, scale, and innovate campaign assets
Build relationships with key platform partners and stay ahead of trends, betas, and new opportunities
Plan and coordinate campaigns across internal and external stakeholders
Champion testing, innovation, and continuous improvement across channels

Experience Required:

Proven experience managing large-scale paid social budgets within fashion eCommerce or retail
Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
Hands-on platform expertise across major paid social channels
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Commercially driven with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Passion for fashion or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
High levels of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
