At Prezzo Italian, our restaurants are the heartbeat of everything we do—and as a People Partner, you’ll make a direct impact where it matters most: in our kitchens, on the floor, and alongside our teams.
This role is about presence, energy and action. You’ll be a trusted partner to our Regional Managers and work closely with our GMs, chefs, and front-of-house teams—coaching, supporting, and celebrating with them every step of the way.
You’ll champion our restaurant-first culture by rolling up your sleeves, paying attention to the details that matter (from onboarding to uniforms - and beyond), and making sure our people feel supported, recognised, and proud to belong.

Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting—ideally restaurants.
A natural coach and communicator who builds trust and gets results.
Thrives in the thick of it—this is a floor-first role, not a desk job.
Passionate about people, detail-driven, and emotionally intelligent. Able to travel regularly across our restaurant estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach on the ground – Be in our restaurants, working side-by-side with managers and teams, giving real-time feedback, development, and support.
Champion culture – Bring our hospitality spirit to life in every interaction, ensuring our people feel valued, cared for, and set up for success.
Drive performance – Partner with restaurant leaders to build engagement, retention, and operational excellence through people.
Hands-on support – Get involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to succession planning and ER cases.
Obsess over detail – From rotas to recognition, uniforms to onboarding—you’ll make sure every touchpoint feels thoughtful and on-brand.
Lead change – Deliver people initiatives that raise the bar for our teams and elevate the guest experience.
