Private Shopping Divisional Coordinator

Within this, Client Delivery is the engine room of the division, responsible for building, nurturing, and growing relationships with our international clientele. We provide personalised access to Harrods and beyond, anticipating our clients’ needs to ensure every interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and expertly executed.
As a Divisional Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Client Delivery function through high-quality administrative and operational support.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position where no two days are the same. You will act as a key support to the Client Delivery team, helping to maintain organisation, structure, and efficiency across the division.
You will:
Maintain accurate centralised records, including attendance for meetings and trips
Coordinate with brand partners to organise and schedule training sessions
Book international travel and manage associated expenses
Support the creation of performance management documentation for leadership teams
Update client activation lists, tracking appointments and ROI
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal stakeholders and brand partners
Continuously look for ways to improve administrative processes and team efficiency
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.
