Product Developer & Garment Technologist – Activewear Brand

We’re partnering with a fast-growing activewear brand to hire a Product Developer & Garment Technologist. This is a hands-on role with ownership across development, fit, and production in a high-growth environment.

The role:
Develop on-brand, performance-led activewear from concept to production
Create detailed tech packs and technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator
Lead fit sessions (digital & physical) and manage all fit/tech approvals
Work closely with suppliers to manage development, sampling, and timelines
Oversee critical path to ensure on-time product launches
Partner with buying and logistics to support production and delivery

We are looking to connect with candidates who have experience in product development and garment technology (activewear/sportswear preferred) with a strong understanding of fit, construction, and fabric performance
