Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will help to define the roadmap of your product area, ensuring this is aligned with and supported by your stakeholders. You will report into the Product Lead, working cross-functionally with business, tech and support teams to create and elaborate comprehensible user stories which can be effectively prioritized, estimated and developed.
You will demonstrate leadership through influence, fostering collaborative ways of working and championing user-centric, data-driven product decisions that help deliver innovative experiences.
As a Product Manager you will:
Support the domain’s vision, strategy and OKRs by ensuring that user stories are well defined and prioritised for development
Work with business and tech teams to ensure that relevant requirements and detail are identified and captured
Manage your backlog, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, with a focus on effective prioritisation
Work collaboratively with the Delivery Manager to facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage cross dependencies and ensure that the impact of a change is understood
Build a clear understanding of our technical architecture within your area
Be the ‘go to’ person within your squad for all queries and questions about your product, clearly communicating business requirements to the team
Build and maintain relationships with your key stakeholders
Collaborate with teams like Customer Analytics and Personal Shopping Services to define requirements that support a data-led approach to problem solving
Support UAT by collaborating with QA teams, business analysts and key stakeholders to ensure a continuous feedback loop
A bit about you
Solid product development experience and a thorough understanding of the complete product lifecycle
Confident working in an agile environment with cross-functional squads
Highly organised, motivated, and able to work well as part of a collaborative team
Articulate and confident communicator across business and technical audiences
Experience in writing clear and succinct user stories with strong acceptance criteria
Familiar with using data to support prioritisation decisions and agreeing suitable scope for initiative launches
Knowledge of Salesforce is essential and understanding of Snowflake is desirable
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to tight deadline
