Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Lettings professional to join our team in the Knightsbridge office, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of central London’s most prestigious estate agencies, representing a globally recognised brand.
About the Role
As an expert in the Lettings industry, you will be working with clients at all levels of the market, including high net-worth individuals, with whom you will build and maintain strong relationships. A strong understanding of current and upcoming legislation is essential, ensuring full compliance and best practice in all aspects of the Lettings process.
You will also;
Carrying out full property management duties, including:
Organising safety certificates
Coordinating refurbishment projects
Managing deposit returns
Conducting routine property visits
Handling inventory reports and tenancy terminations
Managing both reactive and proactive maintenance issues
Performing administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office, such as:
Preparing and issuing new and renewal tenancy paperwork
Organising property brochures and window cards
Supporting Sanction and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks
Identifying and generating cross-referral business opportunities across the wider company
Consistently delivering a premium level of customer service
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a proactive and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering a premium level of customer service at all times. Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners alike.
You bring a solid understanding of lettings and property management legislation, ensuring compliance and professionalism in every aspect of your work. Whether managing multiple tasks, solving problems, or identifying opportunities, you approach each challenge with initiative and confidence. Your ability to stay organised and adaptable under pressure will be key to your success in this dynamic and rewarding role.
