Regional Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a European Regional Manager to join a popular high street retailer, overseeing its Nordics and Italian business. Reporting into the Retail Director, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of standalone stores and concessions across Norway, the Nordics, and Italy.

In this role, you’ll partner with store managers, monitor KPIs, and drive commercial growth. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, lead and inspire teams to provide excellent customer service, and foster strong connections within local communities. Your commercial insight will help you make key decisions aligned with local market needs, and your knowledge of HR processes and store operations will support effective people management.

Key Requirements:

- Previous area or regional management experience in a high street retail environment

- Background in fashion/apparel retail

- Reside in Norway or the wider Nordic region

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and cultures
