Regional Manager
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our thriving beauty retail business. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a team of Area Managers and Account Managers to build business, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience across your region.
You will set and agree retail sales targets, working strategically with your team to ensure all stores meet and exceed their goals. You’ll coach and develop your people, ensuring Brow and Beauty Experts make real connections with customers and demonstrate our most wanted products and hero services.
Your responsibilities include role modelling our sales formula, driving excellence in customer service, and ensuring consistent, high quality waxing and beauty services region-wide. You’ll oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance, deliver on-the-job training, and ensure all new starters receive a full induction and ongoing development.
You’ll work closely with your area managers to maintain balanced stock levels, manage merchandising to the highest visual and hygiene standards, and ensure all processes and health and safety checks are followed. It’s your job to nurture a positive, supportive team culture that reflects our brand values and mission statement, identifying talent and supporting succession planning to keep us at the forefront of the beauty industry.
You’ll act as a communication hub between your team, store management, head office, and retail partners, arranging regular meetings and touchpoints to support business goals. You’ll also monitor and improve recruitment and retention, aiming to reduce turnover by 5% year-on-year.
