As a Lidl Recruitment Officer, you’ll find the right people for the right roles across our Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Property and HR departments. From driving brand awareness at recruitment events to supporting the Regional Recruitment Manager with directly sourcing candidates, you’ll develop your resourcing experience and nurture your recruitment skills in a supportive team. You’ll enjoy an extremely fast-paced role where you’ll see the impact of what you do every day, inspiring others to find their perfect job and take their next steps forward.

What you'll do
Come up with new and innovative ideas to reach the right candidates for our roles
Actively source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
Confidently support the Recruitment Manager through interviews and other recruitment processes
Prioritise multiple recruitment requests with conflicting deadlines
Proactively influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
Be a brand ambassador, representing us at recruitment events like careers fairs
What you'll need
A passion for recruitment and finding the best person for the job
Experience sourcing both generic and bespoke opportunities
Confidence using ATS to manage the candidate experience
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
The ability to conduct telephone and video interviews with candidates to assess their abilities and suitability for a range of roles
Experience working with external third-party suppliers and collaborations
