Replenishment Team Leader

We are looking to recruit a replenishment and admin team leader to join a fast paced retail company, as part of the growing night team at Leeds Airport. As replenishment and admin team leader you will be responsible for a team and stock replenishment over multiple sites. You will communicate clearly with your team and motivate them to achieve their tasks around standards and stock management and will deal with issues quickly and professionally as soon as they arise. The shift pattern is 5 out of 7 working days with weekend working.

We are searching for a replenishment team leader from a fast paced environment with at least 2 years in a similar role. You will be able to multitask, take ownership for the operational tasks, great at coaching and developing a team, whilst being self-motivated for their own development.

The role offers a salary of up to £28,000 plus 12% annual bonus, 33 days holiday, 6% pension, discount on products.
