I’m currently recruiting for a retail manager to join a global luxury retailer specialising in beauty and accessories, based in a flagship, multi-million turnover store.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong people leader who enjoys developing teams
- Commercially aware and confident driving performance

You’ll be leading a large team, driving sales through service, and playing a key role in maintaining the brand’s premium in-store experience.

💰 Salary up to £33,000 + bonus up to £4,000
🗓 One full weekend off per month
⏰ 38.5 hour contract
