We’re looking for a commercially driven retail manager to take ownership of a high-profile store, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong trading performance, and best-in-class visual standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment where you’ll be expected to lead from the front, set the tone on the shop floor, and create a culture built around energy, accountability and results.

What you’ll be doing:
• Full ownership of store performance, KPIs and commercial results
• Leading, coaching and developing a motivated and high-performing team
• Driving an exceptional customer experience that reflects brand standards
• Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation
• Managing stock, compliance, payroll and operational excellence
• Recruiting and retaining top talent, building a strong team culture
• Acting as a key leader during peak trading periods
What we’re looking for:
• Proven Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering KPIs
• Passion for retail, product and customer experience
• Natural coach and motivator who leads by example
• Resilient, organised and calm under pressure
Salary: Up to £35,000 + performance bonus
