Hours: Part-time – 30 hours per week
Location: Hybrid working (three days in Oxford, one day home working)
Salary: £20,069.60 per annum (Full-time equivalent: 25,087 per annum)

As our Retail Support Officer, you’ll be the friendly face behind the scenes—keeping our retail team informed, organised, and energised. From coordinating diaries and meetings to crafting engaging newsletters and updates, you’ll be the glue that holds our retail operations together.
You’ll be the go-to for retail queries, a trusted support for senior leaders, and a key link between departments. If you enjoy variety, collaboration, and making a real difference every day, this role is for you.
What you’ll bring:
Confident IT and admin skills (Microsoft Office is your playground)
Clear, warm, and professional communication—written, verbal, and everything in between
A knack for juggling priorities and meeting deadlines without breaking a sweat
Comfort working with colleagues at all levels, from shop teams to senior leaders
