Reward Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen in London for a reward advisor to join a uniquely successful lifestyle retailer. This role will look after both the UK and international departments. You will be responsible for salary reviews, bonus and salary alterations. As the direct line is based internationally there may be requirements to work outside of usual office hours on occasion and there is a hybrid working model in place.
Experience wise, ideally the reward advisor will come with at least two full years experience at this level managing they key components of the role to completion. International experience is not a requirement. Softer skills include an ability to manage multiple projects at once, strong communication skills and an ability to win the hearts and minds of stakeholders.
