Rolex Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate within our Rolex Certified Pre-Owned department, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every client within our Rolex boutique in Harrods.
Our Sales Associates put our clients at the heart of everything they do, building deep relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Rolex knowledge. Your sales through service approach will natural lead to achievement of revenue targets, as well as repeat customer visits.
About the Role
Working within our Rolex Certified Pre-Owned department, you will use your knowledge and understanding of the watches market to deliver an elevated sales experience, tailoring your service approach to each client to close sales and build a loyal client base.
It is important that every customer interaction is personalised and memorable, setting us apart. You will take the time to understand and learn about our clients to tailor your approach. To deliver this service, it is vital that you build comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department and wider services across the store.
You will also:
Learn, understand and follow the Rolex Service expectations to ensure a consistent experience for our clients.
Demonstrate that every opportunity available to you to satisfy the customer has been explored during every interaction.
Be open to feedback from your manager, peers, colleagues and customers alike and responsive in taking actions for improvement.
Take an interest in the wider store, new initiatives and services, and build a good network so you can help your clients navigate the different products and services with ease.
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You
To be successful within this role, you must have a strong retail background with Fine Watches, have an understanding of the market, and be able to confidently converse this with our clientele. Luxury sales experience is preferred, with a focus on building long-term relationships. You will also be experienced in managing the full sales process, from the initial welcome to closing the sale and for any future follow ups.
You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and experienced in working towards sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
As well as this, you will also:
Have great organisation and communication skills to keep the shopfloor running smoothly.
Complete Rolex specific trainings, including that of the Rolex Advisor app.
Be a problem solver, ask questions and listen effectively.
Be adaptable to your audience and environment.
Have the ability to remain calm, and measured, even when under pressure.
