We’re looking for a confident, client-focused sales advisor who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is passionate about delivering a personalised, high-end service. You will be proactive in the sales process and drive sales.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building lasting client relationships through clientelling and proactive outreach
- Using CRM tools to manage your client base and drive repeat business
- Hosting or supporting in-store events and creating memorable brand experiences
- Acting as a true brand ambassador, offering tailored consultations and guiding customers through a premium sales journey
- Driving your own sales with uncapped personal commission and contributing to store success with a team performance bonus
What You Bring:
- A background in luxury retail or high-end service, with strong interpersonal skills and sales acumen
- Proven success in clientelling and creating repeat business
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to take ownership of your performance and development
- Experience in jewellery or watches is a bonus, but not essential – we value attitude and client focus most
- Confidence, emotional intelligence, and professionalism in every customer interaction
