A luxury cosmetics retailer based in the South Kensington area are looking for a senior sales associate. This business is renowned for their fantastic products and are rapidly expanding across the country.

The chosen candidate will be familiar with working to KPI’s and be an effective team motivator to drive sales within the store. The business has a strong focus on customer service and therefore is looking for someone who is familiar with building client customer relationships and offering a premium service.

The chosen candidate will ideally come from a fragrance/beauty retail background and have experience working in an environment that is KPI driven.

The role is paying up to 30,000 with a discretionary commission scheme.
