Sales Associate

A luxury multiproduct retailer is looking for a Mandarin speaking sales associate in their store based in Marylebone. This company has recently increased their presence within the UK and international retail market due to their high-quality products and sought after designs/styles.

As a luxury sales associate you will be responsible for styling clients and providing in depth knowledge on the differing materials and fabrics to suit customer needs. You will also effectively manage relationships with clients in store and build a rapport to encourage repeat business.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the luxury/premium environment and speak fluent mandarin to tailor to the customer base in store. Outstanding customer service is a priority for this company.

The role is paying up to £28,000, plus an individual sales-based commission scheme and generous employee discount.
