As a sales associate It's important you have proven experience with clientelling and can demonstrate success in this area.
The role requires a proactive approach towards customer outreach and the use of CRM tools.
Experience in delivering sales events is also a big advantage.
You will come from a Luxury service background and be able to engage in selling ceremonies with maturity and emotional intelligence.
Watches or Jewellery experience is highly desirable but its more important to have strong client engagement skills and the right attitude towards driving your own learning and success.
