The Role:
You’ll be part of a close-knit boutique team, providing outstanding customer service, supporting sales performance, and maintaining impeccable store presentation. You’ll also assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and client relationship management, contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class customer experience and foster long-term client relationships
- Achieve sales and CRM targets while providing expert product advice
- Maintain visual and operational excellence within the boutique
- Manage stock and assist with inventory processes

About You:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery/watches preferred
- Use of a CRM system for email outreach / clienteling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for client experience and attention to detail
