Sales Associate - Mandarin Speaker
A great opportunity has arisen to join a luxury fashion retailer as a mandarin speaking sales associate. The company, whom operates in 50 countries across the globe, offers a variety products from ready to wear fashion, to top of the line cosmetics, to bespoke accessories.
The role will entail managing the client experience and ensuring an impeccable customer journey. This role will also be centred around building customer rapport and delivering an exceptional after care service to convert prospect customers into regular clients.
Coming from a luxury background, you will have prior experience working within a sales environment and will exhibit confidence in all areas of customer service. Whilst a proficiency in English will be required, a professional command of mandarin is required for this position.
The role is paying a salary of £28,000, and boasts a great in store discount, with an attractive commission scheme that could see you take home 2.5% of your sales.
