This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, ambitious individual to join a growing commercial team and gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing.
You’ll support senior team members on key accounts while also playing a vital role in building new business opportunities.
The Role
Support the Business Development Manager on key client accounts
Assist in building proposals, presentations, and tenders
Conduct outreach activity — cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn
Book meetings and generate new business opportunities
Work collaboratively to grow pipeline and drive revenue
What They’re Looking For
Confident communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn
Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
Background is open — this could suit someone from recruitment, retail, customer-facing roles, or a graduate with strong commercial instincts.
