Senior Brand Partnership Administrator
Our client is a long-established British fashion brand with strong visibility across major UK and international online retailers. With continued global growth across wholesale and marketplace channels, they are now seeking a skilled Senior Brand Partnerships Administrator to support their expanding operations.
In this role, you will manage core product and shipping data, coordinate sample and image processes, prepare commercial documentation, track shipments, and support international branches with accurate reporting. You’ll also oversee weekly marketplace and wholesale sales updates, maintain product information sheets, upload assets, and help optimise stock flow and online performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong Excel ability, excellent communication skills and experience within a wholesale or marketplace role. You must be organised, analytical, detail-driven and comfortable working to changing deadlines while handling multiple information sources.
