Senior Buyer, Ladies Fashion
The senior buyer will be responsible for developing and executing category buying strategies that align with the brand vision, growth objectives, and customer needs. Working closely with design, merchandising, production, and marketing teams, you will drive product development from concept through to launch, balancing trend relevance, innovation, and profitability. You will analyse sales, stock, margin, and customer data to inform buying decisions and optimise performance, conduct regular trading reviews and take proactive action to maximise opportunities and minimise risk.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the contemporary womenswear market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and delivering category buying strategies aligned with company objectives and seasonal business plans.
You will have led range planning and category architecture to ensure a cohesive and commercially successful collection in previous roles and
have examples of driving product innovation while maintaining alignment with brand identity. you will have experience in a fast-paced role and managed OTB budgets and ensure effective stock investment across categories.

In return the company are offering a salary of up to £70,000, 40% staff discount, pension contribution and healthcare. The role is for 5 days a week, where one day is in central London, three in Essex where the main office is located and then Fridays from home.
