Brat is an open-fire kitchen restaurant where fantastic sourcing and grill/wood oven-based cooking are at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the coastal towns of the Basque country and chef Tomos Parry’s Welsh heritage, our menu changes frequently—as does our 250+ wine list. Our bar develops seasonal drinks throughout the year. The team has achieved numerous accolades, including a Michelin star and placement on the World's 50 Best list.
