A great opportunity has arisen to join a luxury fashion retailer as a senior sales assistant . The company, whom operates in 50 countries across the globe, offers a variety products from ready to wear fashion, to top of the line cosmetics, to bespoke accessories.
The role will be comprised of managing the VIP client experience and ensuring an impeccable customer journey. This role will also be centred around building customer rapport and delivering an exceptional after care service to convert prospect customers into regular clients.
Coming from a luxury background, you will have prior experience working with high profile clientele and will exhibit confidence in all areas of customer service. The ideal candidate will also come with an existing client book..
The role is paying up to £40,000 with a generous bonus and a host of other benefits such as, uniform allowance, in store discount and the perk box platform.
