You’ll Fit Right Inn
As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring every dish showcases the best of fresh, quality ingredients and reflects our high standards. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll have a key role in driving the kitchen forward, bringing leadership, innovation, and precision to everything you do.
From leading a talented team to driving menu development, costing, and GP performance, you’ll ensure consistency, creativity, and profitability across every service. You’ll mentor and inspire junior chefs, setting the tone for a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence, while embedding efficient systems that keep the kitchen performing at its very best.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, staying calm under pressure while ensuring service runs seamlessly. Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills will enable you to build excellent relationships across the kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams, working in partnership to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Alongside culinary responsibilities, you’ll take ownership of operational priorities, including stock control, supplier management, and rigorous food safety standards. You’ll also step up in the Head Chef’s absence, confidently leading the kitchen, driving commercial results, and upholding the highest standards day in, day out.
