Job Description
The Service Crew is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced food service environment. This role includes greeting customers, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall store operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally
Assist in preparing and serving food items according to company standards
Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) system for order processing and payment
Ensure accuracy in billing and providing change
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, counters, and workstations
Wash utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment as needed
Dispose of waste properly and promptly
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
Assist in inventory checks and proper storage of items
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and customers
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and food handling standards
Wear proper uniform and maintain a presentable appearance
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
