Retail Staff Wanted for Formula 1 Silverstone – July 2025
We're hiring for one of the most exciting events of the year — Formula 1 at Silverstone, taking place 4th–6th July.
Roles available:
• Retail Assistants
• Shop Managers
• Brand Ambassadors
• Build & Break Crew (26th June – 3rd July)
As part of the Elevate Global retail team, you’ll help deliver top-tier customer experiences at official F1 fanwear stores across the track. Duties include merchandising, stock support, and assisting with sales.
Pay rate:
£14.50 per hour (£12.94 basic + £1.56 holiday pay)
Requirements:
• Energetic, hands-on, and practical mindset
• Local to Silverstone or able to travel easily
• Must be available for live event dates (4th–6th July)
• If applying for Build & Break Crew (26th June – 3rd July), you must also be available for all live dates (4th–6th July)
• Live event shifts may range from 10–13 hours per day (times approximate)
• Camping available only for non-local staff (traveling more than 1.5 hours) – you must bring your own tent and camping equipment
Note:
Build & Break Crew roles involve store setup and pack-down (no structural work). Retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
