This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced premium or luxury retail manager who wants autonomy, influence, and a business they can truly own.

Based in Wilmslow, you’ll take full responsibility for a well-established and consistently successful showroom. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk — you’ll be highly visible on the sales floor, leading from the front, setting standards, and driving performance through people.

The team is stable, engaged, and commercially aware. Your role is to elevate results further by sharpening sales behaviours, developing talent, and ensuring every customer interaction is purposeful, confident, and memorable.

Key focus areas:
- Owning sales performance and conversion across the showroom
- Leading, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team
- Developing relationships and utilising a CRM
- Setting the tone on the shop floor through strong presence and pace
- Embedding a culture of accountability, service, and commercial excellence
- Prioritising team wellbeing while maintaining clear performance standards
