Stock Controller
Our Fine Watches & Jewellery team is now looking for a Stock Controller to oversee and support the end-to-end stock journey within Luxury Jewellery. This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes in one of the most prestigious departments in the world, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of our exceptional pieces.
About the Role
As a Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the right product is in the right place at the right time. From the secure vault to the shop floor, you’ll manage the accurate flow of goods, verifying deliveries, performing thorough quality control checks, and maintaining meticulous records.
You’ll also support the safe dispatch of repairs and coordinate stock movements for events, photoshoots, hallmarking, and returns. By maintaining accurate trackers and following strict security protocols, you’ll enhance both operational efficiency and the customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Accurately verifying deliveries and performing quality control on all goods
Managing stock levels within the vault and escalating where needed
Coordinating inbound and outbound stock movements for events, repairs, and suppliers
Maintaining trackers for repairs, hallmarking, and shipments
Ensuring the vault and packaging areas are kept organised and secure at all times
Using SAP and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and reports
Supporting the wider team with stocktakes and meeting deadlines during peak trade
This role is based at our Knightsbridge store and requires flexibility around working hours to meet the needs of the business.
About You
You’re someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to build or grow a career in stock operations. With strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and reliability are key.
You will:
Have excellent time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
Be confident using Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office (experience with SAP is a plus, but not essential – full training will be provided)
Be proactive and detail-driven, with a consistent focus on accuracy
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues at all levels
Be adaptable, reliable, and willing to learn quickly
Show pride in maintaining high standards of organisation and security
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about operations, who wants to be part of a prestigious team in a luxury retail environment.
