Stock Controller

Reporting to the Watchmaking and Workshop Manager, the Stock Controller will be responsible for managing the complete journey of spare parts and consumables in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Service Centre, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency every step of the way.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our workshop operates seamlessly by maintaining the correct stock levels, verifying deliveries, and managing stock allocation. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver timely and exceptional service to our Fine Watches clients.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for the following:
Ordering all spare parts and consumables required by the workshop
Accurately verifying orders and deliveries to ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time
Allocating spare parts to job cards and maintaining accurate stock records
Scheduling and leading stocktakes and preparing variance reports
Investigating and resolving all stock-related discrepancies, escalating where necessary
Operating and maintaining the Kardex stock management unit, including arranging servicing when needed
Training colleagues on ordering processes and stock management systems as required
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You
You will be a detail-focused and organised professional with experience in stock management and a strong understanding of operational processes. You are confident working independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, and you take pride in supporting the delivery of exceptional service to customers.
You will also:
Be proficient in SAP, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programmes
Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Bring an adaptable, flexible approach with strong communication skills
Understand the importance of security and accuracy in a luxury retail environment
