Store Manager

A fashion retailer is looking for a store manager within the Buckingham area. This brand has established themselves within the fashion industry and offers a range of styles for men and women.

The role of store manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 8-10 staff, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with working to KPI targets and have experience working with a similar team size. A premium background within retail is preferred or experience working in stores from high street retailers.

The role is paying up to £31,000 accompanied by a range of benefits including uniform, staff discount and a discretionary bonus.
