Store manager

This company is one of the most renowned and influential, high end, luxury fashion retailers and is loved by many across the country.

As a store manager you will be responsible for your store's KPI's and training and motivating your staff. Lead by example to show your team how it's done by embracing the brand beliefs. This role will be based in the Bicester Village which typically closes at 8pm.

The ideal candidate will have store manager experience from a premium to luxury fashion background and have experience of managing large volume of sales and products.

The role is paying up to 35,000 plus a generous KPI related bonus.
