Boutique Manager
We are pleased to be supporting this client in hiring the Store Manager for their strong performing store in Colchester.
As a Store Manager you will have experience in leading teams to achieve sales targets through excellent customer engagement, product knowledge and personal service.
This is a premium / luxury product. A focus on customer conversion, CRM management and staff training is paramount.
Ideally you will come from a corporate retail environment already where KPI's around service and sales are used.
You will lead a management team and a colleague team of around 15 staff. Managing all HR processes, Training, operational standards and sales drivers.
On offer is a very competitive salary with a commission structure on top. OTE for this role is in the mid 50's. You can expect a good work life balance and a chance to work for a brand with some excellent values around people.
