Store Manager

This lingerie and accessories retailer is looking for a store manager for their Manchester store. As the store manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store — driving sales, motivating your team, and ensuring every store standards is met. You’ll take pride in maintaining high visual standards and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Your main responsibilities will be to coach a sales team to deliver customer service, one-to-one fittings, ensure visual standards are kept, implement strategies to achieve targets and managing stock levels.

Coming from a retail background, you will be someone with extensive experience managing a team in an assisted sales environment.
The role is paying up to £45,000 for the right candidate. There is a quarterly bonus and benefits package. The retailer is opening new stores, so it’s a great time to join.
