Store Manager

A globally recognised womenswear fashion retailer, known for leading this specialty market with its trend-driven collections and diversity and inclusion, is seeking a dynamic store manager for their high-profile Dublin location. The company continues their global expansion plans.

As store manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the store. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, drive KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the brand’s values and builds long-term loyalty. Operational excellence and compliance with health & safety standards will be a key focus, ensuring a safe and smooth-running environment for staff and customers alike.

This store places a strong emphasis on visual merchandising, so experience working to brand VM guidelines in a fashion retail setting is highly desirable. This is a one-to-one selling environment, so strong sales coaching is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial performance by achieving and exceeding store targets and KPIs
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee all daily operations, including stock management, staffing, and health & safety compliance
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards
- Deliver ongoing training, feedback, and coaching to support team development
- Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, results, and service

About You:
- Previous experience as a store manager or assistant manager in fashion retail
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving sales
- Visual merchandising experience within a fashion environment
- Organised, commercially minded, and customer-focused
- Passionate about developing talent and building a motivated team
