Store Manager
A premium womenswear retailer, globally recognised for its quality, craftsmanship, and personalised service, is seeking a store manager for their East London location. Known for creating exceptional shopping experiences, offering specialist products and fantastic one-to-one customer experiences.
This role is all about one-to-one, appointment-led customer service, where building trust, understanding client needs, and delivering a tailored shopping experience are at the heart of everything you do.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding, personalised service that drives customer loyalty.
- Manage store operations, profitability, and performance against KPIs.
- Maintain exceptional visual standards to reflect the premium nature of the brand.
- Coach and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to excel in client-focused sales.
- Uphold company policies, health & safety guidelines, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing a high-service retail environment, ideally in premium womenswear or accessories.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A passion for styling, fit, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and people development skills.
