Our store staff are knowledgeable and provide a helpful, personal service.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill in Dorchester.
Our store is located in the heart of Dorchester, a historic market town rich in heritage, with strong ties to Thomas Hardy, vibrant cultural attractions, and a loyal local customer base. With its charming streets, bustling town centre, and appeal to both residents and tourists, Dorchester offers a fantastic retail environment.

As Store Manager, you will:
Lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work independently and lead by example. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.

• Team Development: Manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities to support career progression.
