We are a major national retailer with over 200 retail stores, ranging from High Street shops to Garden Centre concessions, Tourist locations, and larger format Destination Stores. With control over product development and supply chains, we ensure our yarns and fabrics not only fit beautifully but stand the test of time. Our store staff are knowledgeable and provide a helpful, personal service.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill in Dorchester.
Our store is located in the heart of Dorchester, a historic market town rich in heritage, with strong ties to Thomas Hardy, vibrant cultural attractions, and a loyal local customer base. With its charming streets, bustling town centre, and appeal to both residents and tourists, Dorchester offers a fantastic retail environment.

As Store Manager, you will:
Lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work independently and lead by example. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
