As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, drive sales, and ensure that customers have an exceptional shopping experience. We're looking for an experienced retail manager who can work independently and motivate their team to achieve success. While fashion retail experience is desirable, we offer full training to ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales: Lead your team to exceed sales targets and foster a performance-driven culture.

Store Operations: Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency, adherence to company standards, and cost-effective operations.

Maximise Profitability: Implement effective sales strategies and promotions to enhance store performance and increase profitability.

Customer Experience: Maintain an excellent standard of customer service and ensure that every customer has an enjoyable and personalized shopping experience.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop your team, supporting their growth and career progression within the company.
