As a Store Manager we are looking for a well rounded and commercial ‘retail manager’ who is proactive in their approach and can work using their own initiative, fashion retail experience is desirable however not essential as full training provided.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience either in management or supervision of personnel within a retail outlet.

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and dedicated team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
Customer Focused: Create a warm, welcoming shopping environment that reflects Bonmarché’s brand values.
Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them thrive and progress.
What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and engage a team.
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales performance.
A genuine passion for fashion retail and customer service.
Retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training and ongoing support are provided.
