A leading jewellery retailer with a strong UK presence is looking for a store manager to lead one of their established stores. This is the perfect opportunity for a strong assistant store manager ready to step up into their first store manager role and accelerate their retail management career within a luxury environment.

Opportunities offering this level of work-life balance in retail management are incredibly rare — the role offers a 37.5-hour working week, working hours of 09:30am – 5:00pm, and the store is closed on Sundays.

Managing a team of 5, you will take full ownership of the store, driving sales performance, leading and developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The business is looking for someone ambitious, commercial, and passionate about progressing within retail leadership.

The Role
- Lead all day-to-day store operations
- Drive sales, KPIs, and overall store performance
- Coach, motivate, and develop a team of 5
- Deliver a premium customer experience
- Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
- Manage stock, reporting, and store procedures
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business

About You
- Currently an assistant store manager or store manager within retail
- Ready to step up and take ownership of your own store
- Commercially driven with a proven sales background
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Professional, organised, and hands-on

Salary is paying up to £28,000 plus annual bonus and staff discount.
