With a close-knit team of 6 and annual turnover of approximately £1M, this is an outstanding progression opportunity for an assistant store manager, deputy manager, or equivalent looking to take the next step into their first store manager role. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance and deliver commercial targets through strong leadership and effective planning
• Create an exceptional customer journey that builds loyalty and repeat business
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an engaged and positive culture
• Take ownership of all day-to-day store operations including stock, visual merchandising, and compliance
• Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability
• Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand’s aesthetic and high standards
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager, or Store Manager within womenswear retail
• An excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into their first Store Manager position
• A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and emerging trends
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams
