Store Manager

A well-established ladies fashion retailer in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Store Manager to lead its busy store and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, service and sales performance while creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for customers.

The Store Manager will lead, motivate and develop a team of retail professionals, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive, performance-driven culture. They will be responsible for recruitment, training, coaching and staff development, ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding customer service and achieves individual and store targets. The role requires a hands-on leader who leads by example and enjoys engaging with both customers and colleagues.

Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will drive sales growth through effective merchandising, stock management and commercial decision-making. They will monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities to maximise revenue and ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business. Previous management experience within fashion, lifestyle or premium retail is essential, along with strong organisational skills and a passion for ladies fashion.
