Store Manager, Women's Fashion Brand
We are seeking an experienced and passionate store manager to lead one of our retail locations for a contemporary fashion brand known for its commitment to responsible design, effortless style, and exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to inspiring teams, driving sales performance, and delivering outstanding service while embodying the brand's values and vision.
As store manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team; driving sales and profitability through effective commercial decision-making; ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently achieved; managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation; overseeing operational processes and compliance requirements; analysing key performance indicators; and creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will possess proven retail management experience, strong leadership and people development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-first mindset. You will be highly organised, commercially aware, results-driven, and confident in managing multiple priorities. Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred, alongside a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a collaborative team culture.
