A luxury fashion retailer are looking for a Supervisor within their boutique located in Covent Garden. The company has amassed a loyal customer base through their bespoke and desirable designs.

The role of supervisor will see the chosen candidate drive service standards within the store and support the team on the shop floor to enhance commercial success and provide a memorable shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a luxury retail environment and have experience developing a client book to maintain relationships and generate future sales.

The role is paying up to £32,000 in addition to a commission scheme and enhanced holiday package.
