A ladies fashion retailer based in Oxford are are looking for a part-time supervisor across 20 hours to deliver an impeccable and memorable customer experience. This brand is expanding across the UK rapidly and takes pride in their store being exceptional visually.

The ideal candidate will have vast experience within the retail fashion
sector and be comfortable developing long lasting relationships to encourage repeat businesses and brand loyalty.

Whilst delivering exceptional customer service is a priority, you will also be responsible for ensuring that your team are delivering the service standards that are expected and effectively tailoring to customer needs.

The salary is paying up to £13.40p/h accompanied by a range of benefits.
