Fancy joining the team behind our food from sunny places? The F&B Team at Megan's has an opportunity to get involved in all things food & drink at Megan's.

Role
Reporting to the F&B Director, you'll be responsible for the accuracy and consistency of our F&B documentation and systems, with a real focus on new trial & launch items. This will include ensuring the smooth running of menu trials, keeping track of day-to-day changes and communicating with relevant teams. You will be responsible for F&B systems, as well as product setup, and assist in day-to-day supply chain operations, as well as collaborating with the wider Support Office & restaurant teams.

The Day to Day

Menu Launches & Trials

Manage menu trials from conception to rollout, ensuring accurate documentation (specs, allergens, recipes)

Analyse sales data to assess menu performance & improvements

Collaborate with the People Team to deliver training and ensure consistent execution across sites

Support new dish & drink innovation, using trends and data insights

Stock, Systems & Compliance

Oversee recipe creation, menu costings and system updates

Maintain EPOS accuracy for menus and promotions

Ensure documentation aligns across platforms

Supply Chain & Procurement

Ensure smooth communication on availability and substitutions

About you:

Have solid experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Have specific experience in procurement, F&B systems & menu change process management
Be comfortable with the use of technology for day-to-day tasks as well as project management
Have strong MS Office skills, particularly within Excel and PowerPoint
Have a good commercial instinct and attention to detail
Be proactive, open to change & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Megan's is a growing brand and hospitality is fast-paced. We need someone that can work independently, is adaptable and is excited by personal growth & the growth of the brand
Have excellent communication skills, able to build good relationships with suppliers, colleagues and key stakeholders
Ideally have Zonal suite (Acquire, Menu Manager & Aztec) and project management software (Asana in particular) experience
