Supporting broader team initiatives such as learning sessions, career clinics, and cross-functional development projects.
Producing insights through data analysis and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to champion apprenticeships within and beyond the business.
This is a hybrid role based at our Hammersmith office, with a minimum of three days per week onsite, in line with our Hybrid@Harrods policy.

Have a proactive and organised approach, able to juggle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
Be curious, data-savvy, and always seeking ways to improve and innovate.
Bring experience using LMS platforms (Workday is a plus, but not essential).
Be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces change with energy.
