We’re looking for a Technology & Facilities Manager to join our team at our Washington D.C. location.
Key Responsibilities of the Technology & Facilities Manager:
Ensure all technology systems - including simulators, AV equipment, network and WiFi infrastructure, EPOS systems, and payment terminal hardware - operate efficiently through regular maintenance, prompt troubleshooting, and coordination with specialist engineers.
Oversee the upkeep of the venue’s infrastructure, ensuring all facility systems -including lighting, HVAC, power supply, lifts, security systems, water supply, drainage, and general maintenance—are operating effectively through routine checks and timely issue resolution in collaboration with external contractors as needed.
Conduct training sessions to equip team members with essential technical and facility-related knowledge.
Responsible for managing the in-venue facilities and technology budget, ensuring all expenditures align with operational needs and financial targets, in addition to managing stock levels and ordering where necessary.
Perform routine audits to uphold the integrity and reliability of all technology and facility systems.
Take ownership of creating and maintaining the schedule for the Technology and Facilities team, ensuring appropriate coverage and alignment with operational needs.
3 years+ experience within a Technology/Facilities management position.
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:
Previous experience within a guest-facing service position
Line management experience
Previous experience within troubleshooting, or problem-solving within your role
